WG Meeting 2019 #1 (Viterbo)
The EuroXanth COST Action held its 3rd Working Group Meeting at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, Italy, on July 8, 2019. The meeting welcomed 14 participants from 7 countries (see below) and served as a platform to discuss strategic issues (organisation of COST events during the upcoming grant periods; preparatory work for tangible deliverables) with respect to Working Group WG4 (Disease Management – Vector Control).

The meeting was organised back-to-back with the 4th International Symposium on Bacterial Plant Diseases, which took place at the same place from July 9 to 12, 2019. The BIOCONTROL Symposium and was organized by the Dipartimento di Scienze Agrarie e Forestali, Università della Tuscia, with the patronage of the Italian Society of Plant Pathology (SIPaV), the Italian Society of Plant Protection (AIPP), the Mediterranean Phytopathological Union (MPU), the International Society for Plant Pathology (ISPP) and the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (MIPAAF).
