By ticking this box I understand that completing the application form and submitting an abstract of my contribution is only an application for registration. Completing the form and submitting an abstract does NOT mean that I am accepted in the conference. I will not make any travel bookings until I have received confirmation that my application to attend the conference has been approved.

By ticking this box I understand that the EuroXanth Core Group has discussed the opportunity to involve COST-supported participants in the drafting of Wikipedia-like profiles on certain virulence factors (e.g. type III effectors) and resistance genes. Once accepted for participation and reimbursement, applicants will need to pick a topic from a list and prepare a description of this gene family based on a literature survey following a standardised format. The outcome of the work will be presented during the Annual Conference.

By ticking this box I understand that participation at the conference will require the transfer of the registration fee to the organiser's account via bank transfer within four weeks after notification of acceptance. Failure to transfer the fee in time may lead to cancelation of acceptance to participate in the conference. Registration fees will cover three lunches and the conference dinner, refreshments and snacks during breaks, participation in the social program, access to the conference room and a conference package (incl. a personal copy of the abstract book and name tags). The conference will ask for a registration fee of 120 € for regular participants. Participants with reimbursement from COST will need to pay the reduced registration fee of 80 €, which will be indirectly reimbursed via lush flatrates for accommodation and meals (see below).

By ticking this box I understand that accommodation (including breakfast) and meals (lunch, dinner) will be reimbursed by the COST Action based on flat rates. The number of reimbursable nights and meals will depend on the itinerary. Transportation will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 600 €, if not otherwise agreed on by the Chair of the COST Action. Hotel accommodation for 85 € or less per night has been negotiated by the organiser with the hotels Štork, Galant, Mario and Včelařský dvůr for those who will be reimbursed by the COST Action. While booking, COST-supported participants are requested to indicate that the room is for the "EuroXanth Conference".
