Special Issue “Comparative Genomic and Phenotypic Analyses of Significant Plant Pathogens”
Our STSM Coordinator Monika Kałużna serves as a guest editor for the Special Issue “Comparative Genomic and Phenotypic Analyses of Significant Plant Pathogens“. This publication will appear in the MDPI journal Agronomy (IF 2.6 in 2019).
We encourage researchers to submit their research papers, commentaries or reviews addressing various aspects of the investigation of plant-pathogenic Xanthomonadaceae. Some of the potential topics include:
- New generation sequencing;
- Genomics; Transcriptomics; Phenomics;
- Virulence;
- Plant protection.
